How much do the swings weigh?
All the specs for each of our designs is displayed on the product page.

Can they be left out side all year round?
All of our work is designed to last a lifetime, whether they are indoors or out doors. Copper has a wonderful relationship with its environment and left to its own devices the copper will grow into its surroundings and the patina will tell a wonderful story over time.

Do you have a show room were I can view your products?
We are always happy to receive guests at our studios in Hampshire. Here you can view and try our products. We also have installations all over the country that are open to the public.

Do you offer installation with the delivery?
Installation is offered free to all UK deliveries. Installation can be arranged for all overseas sales. Please contact us for a quote.

Is it possible to pay in installments?

What if I am unsatisfied with my purchase?
Because we believe in our product and we would like to make you as comfortable as possible in your choice to purchase from Myburgh Designs, we offer a 14 day quibble free return policy.

Do you offer a guarantee?
Myburgh Designs guarantee to repair or replace any part of our work deemed to be defective due to faulty materials or workmanship free of charge for a period of 5 years.

What is the lead time on delivery?
We operate an order book so lead times vary with demand and seasons. We will advise you of the expected wait from the date of your order. Small products such as poppies are usually dispatched within a few days, pots may take a week or two. If the order is urgent or if you have a preferred delivery date (birthdays, weddings etc..), let us know and we will try our best to get your order to you within your time frame. (Obviously the more notice the better for special dates). If we have no back-log of orders for swings then it is possible to make most of them inside two weeks, the pumpkin being the exception as it is much more involved. Allow four weeks.

What about maintenance?
There is very little maintenance needed for our swings. The copper and the stainless steel work is non corrosive, so no problem there. We do encourage our customers to wax the copper work with a soft bees wax from time to time. This is purely aesthetic and is only to bring out the colors in the patina.
